there's been talk about changing the P90 covers from black to cream.
Has anyone considered doing the same to their HB RS4's (the plastic thingy around the pup).
I have changed all my black RS P90 covers to cream.

My OP was not about the p90 RS4.
It's about the HB RS4 and the plastic rectangles that go around the Humbucking pick up......
I have a tobacco burst HB RS4, with black trim around the pups, but the binding is is cream, was considering have them match is all.
It's this one....
My 2013 RS4 came with the cream PU covers, it will look like this. This is the only pic I have right now.
Thanks ever so much, ya, if you get a chance I'd like to see the guitar straight on (body only) mostly around colour match for the binding.
Interesting, yours seems to have the Gibson style Klusons, where mine has the Schallers, but my P90 RS4 "gold top, has the Klusons, making it very "gibson" style (like my old 50's Gold top).
As requested

Kevin, I understood that you were asking about the humbuckers. I just thought my P-90 example might give you a visual reference on a sunburst RS-4. For what it's worth, I like the look of the cream on Marauder's guitar better than a black ring.
Cheers, Kurt
WHERE ELSE on the planet are you gonna get such wonderful and SOLD advice on your Larrivee guitars?
WHO YA GONNA CALL?
Thanks so much folks, and ya, I'll grab a set of the cream rings and put them on, looks very classy....
I once ordered a very nice "ten top" (flame maple) PRS from David Wren at twelfth Fret in Toronto.
it was back when they were only built in the USA.
I ordered it in Violin finish with the trem and HB pups, bird inlays etc.
When it came, I was dismayed to see they had left the chrome covers off the pick ups, which, to me, sort of "cheapened" the look of the guitar, so for a mere extra $100, on top of what was a very expensive purchase for me, I had the tech install chrome covers.
Aesthetics do matter, especially with well built instruments....
