Picked up this link from another forum and for those looking for more info or pics, this ebay link has some of the best I've seen. Interestingly enough, this guitar doesn't have strap button's either.

The amber stain one they have posted also is missing the buttons.  However, the pick of the bunch is this other one with incredible figuring in both body and neck (+ buttons):
