There were only 19 Forum VI guitars built which probably included a few with Venetian cutaways and possibly a couple of left handed models so chances of getting someone to sell are probably slim. I have one with a Venetian cutaway that I wouldn't sell. You may want to contact Larrivee's customer service department and ask if they would build you a custom FIV with the same appointments and wood. I would assume that they would not be willing to inlay the "Forum VI" at the 12th fret though. 

Larrivee has always treated me well when I asked for a special order. You just have to be prepared to wait a while. Good luck.

I'll jump in here to mention that, while I have a FVI, it's not for sale.  But I love that LS size so I currently have and LS 12 fret being custom built by Larrivee. 


While mine is ordered through a local 'dealer' I'm sure you can contact Larrivee directly to get one built for you.

So, I ordered a 00-40 spec'ed moon spruce/american walnut from Larrivee.

Will be a brother for my 00-40 all-hog.

I had an OM version of this and stupidly sold it. I may order a 00 version! How long is the build time?
