Right, but it's important to remember that the Taylor didn't play it. The guy known as 'Buffalo Bob, The Loteranger' did.
I'm reminded of a story from many years ago when Chet Atkins was performing, and after he finished one piece, some guy near the front shouted, "that guitar sounds great!"
Chet set the guitar down on the stand next to him and then asked that same audience member, "How does it sound now?"

Thanks for sharing that rendition of Oh Canada. Larrivee's Maple Leaf headstock on today's forum photo is a perfect addition for honoring Canada Day.

Over the years, I have been drawn to Canadian performers and singer songwriters including Joni Mitchell, Bruce Cockburn, Neil Young, Anne Murray, Ian and Sylvia and especially Gordon Lightfoot. I've also spent more vacation time in Canada than anywhere else. If you think about the luthiers who have been mentored by Jean  Larrivee, you realize that he has created a great legacy and we are the beneficiaries.
