For the record, I just picked up LARRAVEE L03 from 2003, made in Canada......one of the dictionaries is the binding is maple....impressive sounding guitar.  I am adding bone pins to the bridge.  It was a steal of a guitar opened up nicely after 20 plus years.....the cedar top has aged very well to a rich golden color.

Also, recently bought a SD-40R Legacy, another impressive guitar....similar to classical guitar with the bridge moved back into the back of the guitar....12 frets....amazing sound.

Just sharing in the event some is considering buying a Larravee
