I was interested installing an internal mic to my LR Baggs stereo capable IBeam and Element pickup loaded guitars and came across this ancient but very informative discussion on internal mics for acoustic guitar.  The article led me to install a Radio Shack lavalier mic Model 33-1052 to the Element ($18 on ebay in the original box) and it works great. My IBeam has a Crown GLM 200 which I originally got when I got my Fishman Blender. FYI, I run both systems thru either my Fishman Blender, Rane AP13 or K&K Golden Trinity (all supply the required phantom power)

It's from the 90's but still relevant for this century.

Looking through that brought back some familiar old names.  I bet if I did some deep searching in my music room, I could find a couple of those RS mics.
