Sounds good to me! I discovered Prine in the 2000's and he's the reason I got into playing acoustic.

We saw him in 1989 in Bangor, Maine.  A very entertaining evening.  Back then, people were allowed to smoke inside and he'd leave his cigarette burning,
jammed between the tuners while he sang.

I take a daily walk during my lunch hour, and often times there is an 18-wheeler parked outside our shop.  It's a flat bed and he delivers pallets of freight to our docks routinely.  At any rate, on the very back of his dirty, beat-up trailer there is a small bumper sticker with the name "PRINE" on it.  I think it's even placed on there somewhat crooked.  It looks so fitting for some reason, like it would make great footage in a music video.  I keep meaning to take a picture of it and post it in this thread.  I'll try to remember next time.

I've only heard one song by John Prine and it was called "Summer's End."  I saw the video of it and think I might've wept.  I don't think I could handle a whole album of such heart-wrenching stuff if it's all like that.  He seemed to be quite the poet and wordsmith.
