 :donutUnable to post a reply. Every time I attempt to reply to a message I get a notice that I can't post as I have already posted in the past 60 seconds. I can't post a reply so how could I have posted in the past minute.

After making this post everything started working again. Odd problem.

It does that to me now and then.  Then I do something else for a while and it clears up.

I've had that issue for years on this forum. If it does it on my phone, I can go post from my pc no problem. And, vice versa.
