Thanks John.
It's going to be difficult waiting.  :humour:
Really looking forward to it's arrival.

Interesting - in that last pic it says "RUSH" on the bent sides...

Photos courtesy of Jean from his camera phone. I'll do my best to clean them up. Wendy and Matthew were busy bending your sides and cutaways this week. I'll try to post images regularly now we are underway. More to come... Here we go!
We thank Jean profusely for taking the pics.
Lot's of work has already been done! Look at those cool neck blocks.
Seems there are 19 there, so that is 4 extra.

Looks like maybe we're getting priority in the queue?
Of course we are getting priority! We're the Larrivee Forum!
Joking... actually I don't know.
Five days ago (Monday), John said they were in the queue for side bending and he was trying to get them pushed ahead.
Thursday John said we were rolling now, first stop side-bending.
Looks like Wendy and Matt were working on them all this week, and someone had to stamp those neck blocks.
John has been giving me optimistic news for awhile, but has usually asked me not to share specific scheduling info.
What is cool? Jean picked the wood, Wendy and Matt are working the hands-on production, and the Forum gets reliable information from John.

I see an LSV!
Can't make out the SN. It might be yours!
Progress is sweet. I see our guitars among those with lower SN, maybe we actually did get pushed up a bit.

When we get our finished guitars, a few of us will be able to look back at these pics and see ours in progress (based on the serial numbers written on the sides). Very cool.
Also a bit of extra trivia for all our general knowledge.....
Nowadays the "manufacture date" you can look up on the Larrivee website is when the guitar was completed.
According to John, "in the old days" they were when the guitar was started.
I was curious, because in Oct 2019 and in Jan 2020, I had two guitars show up 23 days and 14 days from their "manufacture" dates respectively.
Probably many of you already knew about this, but I didn't.
