See, we Americans have to schedule gratitude in.  It's not natural for us.  You WILL be thankful on this day.  Then there's Valentine's Day.  You will be romantic and loving on this day per edict of Tom T. Hallmark.

To me it seems like a lot of other things: if we do not set aside a specific time, it will never happen.

Yeah, I was being facetious about Thanksgiving.  I'm all for the day.  Valentine's Day?  That one I could do without.  But I could (and probably am) in the minority.

Your post is 3 years to the day when rob started the thread.
And the 3 year gap has been full of (you all know in your different and individual circumstances) that caused us distress, hopefully, pulling out and away from it now.
For that I am very thankful.
