I have a new to me D-03R and the head-stock finish seems to have failed - peeling, bubbling etc.
Does anyone know what options exist to fix this?

Based on what I'm seeing, it seems to be separating in various areas and without any apparent trauma.
I removed the nut and noticed the finish flaked off the trailing edge, though there was no adhesive between the two - it takes very little for it to flake off

:gotpics: , It might help if we could see what is happening.

If you bought it new, the first thing to do is contact your dealer. Larrivée is very good with warranty issues.

As Duck said, if it's new, it's covered.
If it's used, you'll have the finish removed and re-sprayed. There can be any number of things that might cause this. It usually comes down to prep, but it's not limited to that.
