I may have posted this before
What are good replacement for the pings on my dreads?

I highly recommend Gotoh 510 series 32:1 tuning ratio.  Drop in replacement for most non-paddle head Larrivee's with standard size tuning machines.  Schaller M-6 work as well.  I have tried the Graph Tech Ratio tuning machines, but they are really intended for drop-tuning applications...

Depends whether you want to make new holes in the headstock, or want direct replacement only.

If you're willing to make more holes, I'd suggest open backed tuners... The current Grovers aren't bad; the Waverly's are (of course) more money, and an intermediate choice (but not traditional) is made by the German company Schertler: I put a set of these on my old '79 Larrivee, and they are very smooth and accurate (bonus: they only look non traditional from behind the guitar).

My Tuner of choice would be Gotoh 510 tuners.   (high ratio, sealed gear, very smooth)

Depends upon how old your dread is.  Old ones take Schallers, new ones take gotoh.  Depends on the screw configuration.
