Bose, Fisherman, now the synapse by LR Baggs, want to know what you consider your best amp?

Your question is so general that it's hard to give a recommendation.  Things like what guitar, what venue, what genre of music, what amplification equipment, what playing style, what sound objective, come to mind for starters.

Shenandoah acoustic proLT. The feature I like on this amp is the jack to add another speaker cabinet to get 300 watts. Works well for the venues I do. Also has two separate channels with mic and instrument for a partner.

Agreed, it depends on the intended use.  For my purposes (solo folky guitar and voice), an Ultrasound (now marketed as Dean Markley Ultrasound) AG50 is perfect.  Mic and guitar inputs make it a great one piece mini pa for a smallish venue.  If I'm playing a bigger place (which I haven't for some time), I'd go straight into a PA (either house or one I brought).
