Strange "Hand Crafted" Guitar.

Came across this ad on Kijiji Edmonton tonight.  I can't tell if this is actually being advertised as a playable guitar or as a piece of art.  That thing must weigh a ton in any case.

Became a Shooting Star when I got my 1st guitar.
Back in '66, I was 13 and that was my fix.
Still shooting for stardom after all this time.
If I never make it, I'll still be fine.

Doesn't look to be tuneable or fretable so it's just folk art. Beautifully done though. The seller clearly doesn't know what they're doing because they're just fishing for a price.
