Just trying out new ways to share Larrivee sound clip and videos online. This is my first attempt so please... be gentle. LOL!!!

I realized that I really struggle at explaining how Jean's guitars sound like so I figure it's better to share it this way. I'm also currently working on ways to improve video and sound quality uploads to YouTube so, I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks!!!

Noted! I'm planning on using my MacBook's camera paired with Logic Pro X and an AKG 214 condenser mic next. I think I have the right gear, all I need now is... talent!!! LOL!

This particular Larrivėe never fails to amaze me. It really sings when pushed but can sound pretty sweet when played lightly.

I currently have this SD-60 on loan from a friend, maybe I'll do this one next. The sound on this guitar is HUGE! I currently have it on open G so I could "attempt" to play bottleneck type blues on it.

I love the SD-60's sound but I'm having a little difficulty trying to get use to the wider neck.

I have so many guitars with different string spacings at the nut, that  I can't even decide which one I like the best.  I find that if you are set on using a certain guitar for a certain performance or recording, you just have to practise with it long enough to make it work.  It's amazing how your fingers will get used to a different spacing if you play it for awhile.  Of course, when you switch to another one, you have to do it all over again.  I find the biggest adjustment is going from an acoustic to an electric and vice versa.
