I was wondering if any forum members has picked up or played the LS-03 that Notable Guitars had made?  If so, any reports, thoughts or opinions you could share?

Hey Tuba Mike, I do have one of those!!

I'm not sure how to review it other than to say it is a fantastic "new color" that seems to do everything well.  It crosses the spectrum between my F-IV, OM-05, and LV-09 - having said that I don't see myself getting rid of any of them.

As you would expect, it has such an awesome bottom end but still being balanced (as a Larrivee should be) and nice sparkle in the mids and highs.  I do still have the original strings on (EJ-16's(?)) and will soon go to John Pearse PB's.  This guitar was "alive" when I first received it and seems to be getting better - I do look forward to the Adirondack top opening up further which I understand can take some time.  Speaking of the top, it has a lot of silking to it and just a gorgeous piece of wood - same for the Silver Oak back.  I now know why Larrivee used this for the 45th Anniversary build.

Holler if you have any questions and hope that helps!!

Frasier1 I'm curious to hear almost a year later how your guitar sounds and if the red spruce top has opened up
