WTB: Larrivee 00-sized Shortscale Guitar

I want to buy my first ever Larrivee guitar! I'm looking for one that is 00-sized and short scale. To my knowledge I've only seen the 00-03 spruce/mahogany, 00-03V spruce/mahogany, and 00-03R in short scale. But if there is anything else, I'm willing to consider!

Welcome aboard Charles!

Hate to tell you this, but there is at least a short line (3 or 4 people) waiting to buy one of these (OO-03R's). From what I understand, these are the only OO's with a short scale that Larrivee has made. There is the OO-50's, but they have a regular 25.5" scale.

A couple of us have been on the lookout for a while. There is supposedly going to be another run of them that may be built later this spring/summer (see other recent thread), so maybe you can jump in on that run with the other forum members who missed out on the first run of these. I guess the more noise we make, the faster this custom run might come together.....so start yelling!

Give Ted at LA Guitar Sales a call.  He is the one who ordered the previous runs of short-scale 00's.  I spoke to him this weekend and he said he was planning another run this summer.

Btw, I bought one of the 00-03R's and love it.  It is now my only guitar.

@zpcm04 I have a feeling a short scale 00-03R guitar might just make me sell all my other acoustics as well!

   You could find a P-09 Larrivee and get some idea of the tone and feel of a 00 shortscale. I own a 00 long scale and a P-09 shortscale, so if your in my neighborhood your welcome to come by and test drive a few Larrivees.

   I have preferred the 00 size to the parlours, but my own preferences have been changing of late.

If you are still looking, I posted a 00-03R (rosewood) on September 1, 2011.  This guitar is in excellent condition.
