There must be a more direct way to contact Larrivee other than email.  The reason I ask is that I have sent 3 emails this year, Feb, March and April and all have gone unanswered.  The first two where simply to request the manufacturing date of a couple of Larrivee's I own, while the 3rd email was a warranty issue.  Not one has been answered.  And yes, it's the correct email addresses, and the emails did get sent.

So I need to get in contact with Larrivee regarding another warranty issue ..... but I would much rather get on the phone this time.  Is there a phone number?

In the event that you detect signs of defect or damage in your Larrivee guitar, please follow these steps to have the problem(s) addressed:

Consult Your Dealer
All Larrivee authorized dealers are qualified to advise you regarding the details of processing a repair or return. Contact your dealer first, before proceeding with any other action, to obtain a Return Authorization number. It is important to note that all returns must be preceded by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns that do not have a valid RA number number prominently displayed on the carton will be rejected and returned freight-collect to the point of origin. Obtaining an RA number is the responsibility of the dealer. Larrivee will not accept repair or return claims direct from end-user customers except in the event the dealer who originally sold the guitar is no longer accessible to that end user. If this is the case please call our number listed in the customer service section

I am actually having the same issue, sent a couple of emails several weeks apart and haven't received a response yet.  I suppose I ought to try and call when I get a chance.

Email can be pretty hit or miss - Follow the directions on the website for best possibility of a response, and if you don't hear anything in a week or two, try again.

And if it is warranty related, start with your dealer. If you didn't buy from an authorized dealer, you don't have a warranty, so talk to your luthier -
Bunch of Larrivees - all good -
and a wife that still puts up with me, which is the best -

Gotta say I am confused why guitar owners automatically look to the manufacturer when an issue with a guitar arises. Do we call the Auto Manufacturer ( Ford, Audi etc)  for a warranty issue :? Of course not, we go to the Dealer. the same applies to guitars. I believe the misconception is occuring out there from poor communications from The Dealers.

Simply - Warranty Issue take it to the Dealer. Dealer out of Business contact the Manufacturer. As per Michael T's reference. Bought from other than a Dealer - No Warranty take to a Luther as Tad stated.

Well I just called them in California .... number is on their web site.

Told them about unanswered emails sent previously, and they mentioned to put the word GUITAR and or LARRIVEE in the subject line.   I then emailed them about a warranty issue and was emailed back immediately to inform me they had received my email.

Now just have to wait for a return authorization number or whatever solution they have for the warranty work it needs.

As far as going back to the dealer ... well that's a 4 hour drive.  Not like a car dealer who happens to be in most every city!

Now that you have established contact with them the warranty issue should be taken care of easily.

Entering 'LARRIVEE' into the subject field worked like a charm.  They got back to me almost immediately about my manufacturing date.  Though now that I have it, I have more questions than I began with...  Serial number is 55116 - seems to me to be around the 2001 period as far as numbers go as well as various features of the guitar but I was told 2006 ... hmmm.  Oh well, now I know.  Thanks all and thanks xeroid for opening this thread.
