What no cutaway 12 fret Jumbo? Too few choices  :winkin: Seriously the more selections the more your data is generalized. I am prety darned happy with my "L"05-12 & DV09.

000 12 fret short scale 03 series would be great.  Short scale is not absolutely necessary though.
More than I deserve.

Do we really have to limit it to one?   :humour:

It's between a 12 fret 000 short scale 12 string and a long scale parlor (24.5) for me...  either with satin finish and cutaway.

LOL!!!  And my new 00V-03 isn't even finished yet.

Ed

Edit:  I went for the parlor for this poll

Btw, what does Larrivee consider as short scale in say, an 000 size?

Does 000 body imply 1 13/16" neck?

I *think* short scale means 24.75".  OTOH, a long scale parlor is 24.5".

Ed

Any LS option?

I wonder, if the price is kept to a minimum, will that mean the wood will be less than AAA? That is, if we keep it simple, will the wood be average? Is that a stupid question? :? I'm not insinuating Mr Larrivee would jip anyone, but why provide AAA tonewood for an economical guitar?
I guess the type of woods chosen will be on the next poll? I.E. mahogany, rosewood, etc.

I am in love with the idea of a jumbo.  Kind of goes in the total opposite direction of the trend nowadays of going small and couch guitar.  But, hey, I've got a big lap......for me a dred and jumbo are couch guitars
Larrivee D-03 MT (2005)  "Dixie"
Larrivee Mahogany Parlor-01 (unbound 2000)  "Mabelle"

How about an RS-2 (RT-2) "tele" with 2 P90's, an ebony fret board and a "V" inlay?

                                              or

How about an all koa, tenor ukulele, Grover gear tuners with a "V" inlay?

Hmmmm, just thinking of the possibilities.  :whistling:

00-03 Special Edition

Voted for 14 fret D.  Would also consider J, L, or Classical.  I have no interest in steel string small bodies, and anything with a 1 11/16 nut would be deal breaker for me.  Would prefer a cutaway.

Something along the lines of a D cutaway with 1 3/4 or wider nut, in a less common tonewood like silver oak, lacewood, etc.  Wood headstock overlay with MOP logo.  Would also like something other than standard dots or microdots on the fretboard.  Even plain would be OK.
OM-05, L-03WL, 000-40R

Something in a steel string C would also be interesting.  Perhaps a satin finish C in hog or walnut.
OM-05, L-03WL, 000-40R

Here's my input;

12 fret, 00 deep body, long-scale, gloss, herringbone purfling/rosette and maple binding, slotted headstock and cutaway available.

Just make the body about 4 1/2 at the butt and only taper down to about 4 1/8 at the neck block and you will really have a unique F-V.

Make it 1-13/16 nut and 2-5/16 saddle, and with the deep body you'd definitely get my attention -  but I'd only want a paddle head, with maybe a little traditional JCL inlay design -
Bunch of Larrivees - all good -
and a wife that still puts up with me, which is the best -

OK I voted but couldn't make my mind up on the body so I voted for both an OM and an LS,12 string,12 fret neck and a gloss body.Wood of choice would be Maple for the OM and either maple or mahogany for the LS.Oh ya a CS would really be cool.Clear guard, paddle head, sunburst would be cool.A simple Larrivee inlay on the 12 fret and nothin on the headstock.
