For sale is my all mahogany Forum III (#77).  I am the second owner.  I bought this guitar on this forum from Jeff (member name of es-335) last November.  It is in pristine condition.  Pics of the guitar from Jeff's posts can be found here - http://www.larriveeforum.com/smf/index.php?topic=29271.0.  Since the purchase, I've had a local luthier add the Larrivee provided tortoise pickguard and install a bone saddle and nut.

I bought this as a second guitar, and while it plays wonderfully and sounds great, I've found I prefer the sound of a spruce topped guitar.

Price reduced to $850 plus shipping and paypal fees.  This is a great price for a great guitar.  If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at picktap@wi.rr.com.

Thanks,

Bill

What body style is this guitar? It's hard to tell from pictures.

These are the LS size. A LS-03 MT in this case. I am playing mine right now and enjoy it very much.  The LS size is closest to an OM size if you are not familiar with the Larrivee LS.

Danny - thanks for providing the info.

I'm having trouble posting pics (my images appear to be too large).  If anyone would like additional pics, please email at picktap@wi.rr.com.

Thanks,

Bill

Just reduce the size to about 600X400 per picture.

Please excuse me for asking, how do these MT LS guitars perform when strummed. It's about the only way I can play.
Thanks

While not a dred, this guitar performs fine when strummed.

I do quite a bit of strumming on mine and there's no problem until you start banging away like Pete Townshend.  Light to medium strumming produces a very nice, balanced tone without breakup.

Anybody who is on the fence about this guitar because it's a hogtop rather than spruce;  let me assure you that my Forum III hogtop, which is a lefty twin of #77 is one of the finest guitars I've played.    This is a very fair price for a terrific guitar.
