Preamp/DI combo - Ultrasound DI Plus has a phase switch now?

So I have my OM-03 on the way from kdonovan with the K&K PWM in it. 

People recommend the K&K preamp (I'd choose the XLR if I went that way) for impedance matching and such.  The PADI is out unless I add a resistor into my

Anyone seen/own the seemingly new version of the Ultrasound DI Plus with a phase switch AND notch filter?  I can't find it anywhere but ebay for $130, and on the ultrasound website.  I'm leaning this way if it's not apparent.
