Schaller tuners with ebony buttons are worth more than that.

My point was that even if the guitar was complete kindling and unrepairable, there is a certain value in the salvage of components.
(That guitar is fixable though, I've seen worse)

If it were a lefty, I'd be bidding. As unclrob said, it is repairable, and that is one sweet guitar!

Judging from the serial number, I'd say around '93/'94; my OM's serial number is 128XX, and it was started in July '92, fininshed in October of '92.

I wanted it and bid on it three times I think. But someone else wants it more. I bet it sells for 500 or better in the end.

Wanna bet it will show up here as some Newbie's prized git so little play, regret to let go...

But probably, it will be a good git again. Too bad Danny didn't get it. :thumb

I think those are Pings. But the case ain't all that bad either. Anyway I gave up on it. So don't hold back bidding on my account.

They are Schallers:

1) the screw mounting angle is different than pings.
2) the guitar was made 3 years before Larrivee switched to pings
3) Um, they say Schaller on the back.  :bgrin:

Sorry you didn't get it.  I thought about it, but I seriously do not need any more projects right now.
