This is in 8.5 to 9/10 condition...just one minor crack in the pickguard at the input jack (and one scratch in the finish in the same area, some scratching on the pickguard and also on the plate where the neck bolts on.  No fret wear at all.  I just cleaned and conditioned the fingerboard and frets and tweaked the setup a bit.  I think the action at the nut and saddle may be able to come down a little still, dependent on your playing style.  No case or gig bag, but I'll double box and pack it like a tank.  There are reflections from a window along the edge of the back in the second pic, NOT imperfections.
