Free Pete Huttlinger's Wonderful World of Chords DVD GONE

Anybody want a copy of Huttlinger's DVD for free?  I'd call it beginner plus with an emphasis on barre/closed shapes.  It comes with a  booklet containing the chord diagrams of a variety of shapes and progressions.  Just stake your claim here on this thread and pm me with your address (which needs to be in the conus for shipping reasons).  I got this used and the booklet has one major crease in it but is still clear and easy to read.  First to ask for it gets it.
