I have for sale a 2006 Tippin Crescendo that I bought NEW about a month ago from the Music Emporium in Lexington, MA. Al Pettaway from Dream Guitars actually bought a Tippin Crescendo as his main axe! I know Bill personally as he has always done work on my guitars and I live about 7 miles from his small shop in Marblehead, MA. Bill is a Master Luthier up there with the Ryans, Wingerts, Traugott's etc. I was laid off from my job shortly after buying and hoped I could hang on to this treasure but...... Here is a description of this by the man himself.

"My original concept was to take a OOO12 fret body and apply a 14 fret neck for better access to the upper register without loosing the rich tone that the OOO has. Over the next 2 years this idea evolved into much more. The Crescendo has an un-traditional shape, with a more rounded lower bout, and a more shapely waist that produces uncompromising aesthetics. The tone values have also excelled to a higher level of excellence. I have increased the radius of the top and used an innovative approach toward bracing. By applying a blend of steel string and classical voicing this guitar moves into a higher plane of sound. Rich bass, snappy mids, and definitive trebles all combine to create a balanced power of projection."

This guitar features: Bill only uses the FINEST tonewoods from his collection.

MASTER GRADE Brazilian Rosewood/with some flaming
MATER GRADE German spruce/with silking throughout
Fossil Horn Pins
Spalted Maple rosette/with mahogany lines
Flame Maple bindings
Brazilian Bridge
Gold Waverly Tuners

Unbelievable TONE!
