[EDITED] Newbie membergroup restrictions, now has private message access

If you have less then 10 posts you will be in the Newbie membergroup.  This group, as of January, 2014 now has access to private messages but can't view others profiles.  After 10 posts you will be a regular Member and you will have access to these features (you also get a second star by your name!).
