PSA - Factory Setup String Gauge

 Hi Folks,

 Please make note for future Forum member inquiry's: As of today, factory setup has been changed to the following gauges...

Travel (T), Parlor (P), and 0 = D'Addario EXP17 13-56

Everything else = D'Addario EXP16 12-53  [previously EXP17 13-56]

*This change reflects Vancouver setup specs up until November 2013.

Was at first surprised to see this change, but I suspect it reflects two things:

1) Electric players moving over to acoustic want to play lighter strings (at least to start with), and

2) Boomers are getting older (duh!) and many of them are also moving to lighter strings as their hands get more fragile. I suspect Boomers are still a solid part of the market for nice acoustic guitars. Even though many are downsizing, a few are upgrading as part of their downsizing, if that makes sense.
