i just had to get some more of the pettiness and hate this forum produces - i think i'll consider checking out for good now and man that Larrivee gold top is ugly to the bone.

You, sir, have an odd definition of pettiness and hate. You come here to show off your band and music. Fair enough. However, you get your shirt in a knot when someone tells you, while the music is well played, that this is the Larrivée Forum, after all, and you don't seem to either own one or particularly like them. Now you're going to leave in another snit?

fair enough..i'd like to think i've contributed much more than you have shared, quite a bit of free learning material, and supported others who post their musical offerings.  Have you done the same?  Do you express kindness in your posts or try to illicit reactions like i gave you?  Only you know in your heart, i can't judge you just like you can't judge me, although you have.

Maybe in the vernacular of our day each of us could push 'reset' realizing life is short and it would be better to get along.  I'm willing if you are:)

I wasn't putting down the guitar I've own both an original and a 76 reissue.I just prefer the wraparound over the the tunamatic as I found for me that the tunamatic bridge took something away from the tone.I've also a 57 goldtop and a 59 burst  didn't care for humbuckers,I'd rather have P90's.

I'm here and have been here for a very long time (as you can see from the number of my posts) because I am a long time player and lover of Larrivée guitars having owned one since 1976. I offer help to those who ask for it, if I have help to offer. I don't come to this site to promote myself. The first time you took issue with me, I complimented your music and jokingly asked why you don't ever play a Larrivée, you know, considering what site we are on. As for anything else, there's nothing to reset. I have no issue with you.
