We'll at least new to me. She is just what I was looking for. A cutaway body and rosewood back and sides. She sounds great. At least she would if she was in the hands of a skillful player. I believe she is an OMV-09e.

Welcome to the Larrivee family and forum.  You have a great fingerstyle guitar in that beautiful Omv09.   :nice guitar:

Very nice guitar. Congratulations.
My limited exposure/knowledge of tonewoods causes me to wonder what the back is. I know EIR is standard on the 09 series but that looks like it could be brazilian. Never seen IR like that.

Very cool.

Sure it sounds just fine in your hands. The main thing is that the guitar sounds like you. You got a song in you. Let it out.

Welcome!

How would you know if it was Brazilian or EI rosewood?

Check the neck block, Larrivee has been stamping it on the neck block if it is Brazilian.

Thanks, I checked and there is an 09 and the S/V stamped, so it must be EIR.
