hello again ..
thanks for all replies ..
I begin with a brief description of me as a person and the choice of guitar ..
I am a middle aged man with quite a number of interests including music and above all .. guitar and other stringed instruments ..
have a family but no cat; O)
like sports and especially hockey, skiing and football
play some veteran hockey and badminton
why I chose a Larrievée L03!
have been looking for a good acoustic guitar for years and tried a lot but compared to my Yamaha FG I have not found anyone with better sound .. my opinion of course ..
searched online and read the tests and comparison of acoustic guitars that were affordable compared to other well-known guitar brands ..
and then .. hmm .. This is something new for me .. Larrivée .. what is it?
google .. google .. found a couple of video clips describing the production of Larrivée guitars ..
interesting ..
gathered up a bunch of guitar buddies and went to a guitar shop and tried some Larrivée guitars ..
Immediately felt that L03 was my choice .. smelled good, beautiful, fit my hands perfectly and sounded good ..

Everyone agreed that it was a good choice for me ..

My music: rag, blues, folk music
:coffee
This was the short version .. : O)

regards

Welcome Bo.
Hope you're enjoying your new Larrivee.
If you have clips of your rags, blues or folk you can post them on the Technique and Playing board here. We'd like to hear 'em.

Bo
It's always interesting to read how folks became aware of Larrivee guitars and eventually ended up here on the forum.   No matter how the journey unfolded  we're always happy to welcome newcomers and we look forward to hearing your contributions as time goes on.    Did any of your buddies get tempted to get a Larrivee too after they saw and heard them with you ?

:welcome:  :gotpics: We love pixs, as you know every one is just a little different being really a family owned production facility, lots of hands on time with Larrivees, more boutique than production plant. Get those 10 posts and give us a look at her.

Welcome Bo!

Congrats on finding the killer value that these guitars represent. A real sleeper, I think.

The L body style is remarkable. Will own one myself before too long. Look forward to seeing you around.
