After hanging out at this forum for a few months, reading comments and doing research, I have decided to join your warm community of Larrivee owners.  I have ordered a L-03R from Jason at Notable and am awaiting its arrival.  It will be my second guitar, joining my Seagull S-6 Cedar GT. So, I will have two guitars with Canadian origins and am really looking forward to it.  This site has been fun and informative and I am eager to continuing my participation as a proud owner of my new L-03R. Now, nothing to do but settle in and wait for delivery.  In the meantime, thanks again and here are some donuts!

I just received my L-05 MT from Jason yesterday. Yes, waiting is so difficult. But I am sure you will be so very pleased with your new L body. Wonderful guitars and Jason is great to work with as well. Congrats and enjoy!

Congrats    I recently bought an OM-03R from Jason.  It was a great transaction.  You'll have it before you know it.  My guitar wasn't even in stock (it was already on order though)  and it arrived within a few weeks.  elcome to the Larrivee club you'll love the guitar.

You will be brought into a new level with your L-03R. These rosewood L's are just amazing. You probably allready know this , but do try some different strings out to get the most out of it....Cleartones just fall short of the potential of these guitars.IMHO. EJ 17s are an inexpensive alternative and I really like the Alchemy's 12-54 goldbronze. Anyway  Thanks for the grub. Danny

Sign me up as well. I just ordered an L-03. My local dealer only had the D and OM in the 3 series, but after playing the other L's he had, I knew it was the shape for me.

I just ordered my OM-03R from Jason too!!

Hopefully my baby will be shipped within the next week and who knows when it will be arriving at the sunny shores of Greece :)

It will be a real patience test...

I was between the L-03R and the OM but since I will be finger picking most of the time I decided to go with the OM :)

A really tough decision though!

Oh yea it's suppose to be in the 90's tomorrow (too hot too early) we will probably break records in Austin. But it was snowing in Dallas earlier this week....crazy

Well we are currently under a massive Strike-spree (all Government Services are having a Strike) these pas few weeks and that includes the banks and post-office services. Which means I get an extra delay due to that.

Hopefully not too much :))

I'll post some pictures as soon as I get my sweet little Larry. I'll get them as sunny as possible (dunno about the beach though, it is not that warm .... yet! :D)

Well, the wait was hard but well worth it as today my new L03R was delivered.  It is absolutely beautiful, plays wonderfully and sounds fantastic.  Many, many thanks to Jason at Notable for a great transaction and many, many thanks to Jean Larrivee and company for making such fine instruments at such as reasonable price.  Here is a tribute donut cake in celebration.
