I love my D-03R. She's just about one year old and sounds better and better as time goes by. I really like the feel of the neck, and the
boom, boom, boom of the bass. She can get quite loud when played hard and as far as strings go, I use Martin SP+.

I have been lurking around the forum for a while, however this is my first post.  I have gone thru many guitars in the past 3 years.  Started with a dread(Martin DM) and was convinced I wanted/needed a smaller bodied guitar.  I had various sizes and shapes of Martins, Taylors, Guilds, Froggy Bottom, etc.  This past Saturday, I stumbled upon my first Larrivee.  A gorgeous D-50.  I am incredibly happy with my purchase.  It has a wonderfully balanced tone and it is the easiest guitar to play that I have ever had.  There is something about larrivee necks that just work for me.  I am hooked on Larrivees!!
