OM-09 12-fret?  I don't remember ever seeing one of these before.  This one is on ebay, reminds me of the Forum Guitar, except rosewood.  This would have been a special order, right??  OK, who is gonna snap it up???   :GRN>    Nice guitar.

See auction on eBay

Must have been a custom.

Now if they would just do that in a slop shoulder design like the 000.  With the 03 appointments.....I may need another slap!

I've seen a few of these pop up from time to time.  Don't know if they were custom orders, but very likely they were.  There was a really cool OM-03 cutaway in maple that was floating around not to long ago, which was a custom order.
Nice looking back too.

I have played this guitar and it is sweet, sweet, sweet.  Great balance with piano-like bass tone.  When I was looking for a guitar last year I would have bought this one, but I couldn't have a 12-fret as my only steel string acoustic.  I ended up with an OMV-03R.

WHEE HOO!

I won the e-bay auction for this guitar today :GRN> Love those 12 fretters. Now the waiting begins.....Of course something may have to go now, but thats a decision for later. For now, I wait wait,wait....

Well this has arrived at it's new home. Mine :GRN> Fallenroadie said it best, it is one sweet, sweet, guitar. It has the amazing volume and bass response from the 12 fret design and the highs just ring and ring. I e-mailed Larrivee the serial number (19xxx) in hopes they can tell me the exact year of manufacture and whether it was some kind of custom run, etc.

I have barely put this down all day.....could it be that my GAS is cured?

Stay tuned,

Cheers

Cured Gas???????????? HAHAHAHA :GRN>

You know why ppl have GAS? As guitars, they are so obtainable even in the highest quality form.  A grand piano is gonna cost a car equivalent.  But for the same price you can have 10 high-end guitars.
