Its a winner.  Ultrasound had a couple of demo amps set up at LB's jam last month including a CP-100. Great sound, clarity, volume in a small package. Ultrasound also provided nice amps given away during the saturday night drawing, but I wasn't lucky enough to win one 

Oh yes, there is also a bit of a write-up on this amp in December's Acoustic Guitar magazine which I just received yesterday.
