Saddle Width

Hi, I'm looking at getting an undersaddle pickup installed in my Larrivee L-03R.  I'm looking at either the Fishman Infinity Matrix or the Element Active VTC.  They come in different saddle widths and I'm wondering if I should get the 1/8 or 3/32 inch models.

Also, any tips on whether or not the Fishman or LR Baggs would give the best tone.

Larrivee's use a 1/8" saddle.
