Larrivee Strap Lock

I was looking for a solution to the typical strap problem (Larrivee's BIG end pin) and was wondering if anyone has used this product: http://www.f1pick.com/cordlok.html

It appears that it only fits the smaller end pin (which a lot of us would prefer to be standard issue but, alas...). I'm just curious if it would fit over the "fake jack" that larrivee uses. I know the strap still needs to be modified (see other threads) but with the enlarged hole is there more security?
