Excellent condition, extremely tight fit and finish. No major defects or fretboard wear; some light scuffs on clear pickguard. Hand made by master luthier Kazuo Yairi (hand signed label inside). Similar in size and sound to Martin 000-18 or OM-18 models.

Mahogany back/sides, one piece spruce top, rosewood bridge & fingerboard, one piece mahogany neck, hand scalloped braces, natural gloss finish, precision die-cast tuners, abalone inlay on headstock logo and fingerboard 12th fret. Professionally adjusted and set up in July at The Blue Guitar (San Diego, CA) including new hand polished bone saddle, D'Addario EXP16's.

Perfect intonation, excellent articulation and sustain. Action is set low (low E 4/32"; high E 3/32" at 12th fret) for fingerstyle playing. Always kept in smoke-free, temp and humidity controlled environment, never gigged. Original MSRP $1,349. Includes original Alvarez plush lined hard case in excellent condition, warranty card and manual. Have another OM style guitar, can't justify keeping this one. Additional details and photos available on request. Asking $750 obo + shipping. Thanks for looking!

Welcome aboard, Sam.

Send along some pictures if it's a cutaway and a 1 3/4 nut.  Otherwise good luck with your sale.   Thanks.
