FS: Mint/Exc. Cond. OM-03R - SALE PENDING

This guitar is being sold on behalf of my best friend who doesn't frequent any guitar forums.

The OM-03R is in mint/excellent condition and was purchased last year from Trinity Guitars. Minimal to no fret wear.

My friend is selling this guitar because he recently purchased an OM-03 and prefers the brightness of the mahogany to rosewood.

Standard specs (e.g., 1 3/4" nut) on this OM-03R. The only changes to this Larrivee are a recent set-up from the owner of Guitar Works (www.guitarworksltd.com) in Evanston, IL., and a strap button on the treble side of the heel. The price is $675 shipped within the continental U.S. 3% extra for paypal. Original Larrivee HSC included.

As the pictures illustrate, the rosewood on this guitar is almost chocolate-like, and the top has slight amount of bear claw.

good luck with the sale....I too almost fell for the looks of the RW but when I played them side by side the mahogany is what spoke to me most.....not that I wouldn't mind a little RW too.....

I have a very nice OM-03R that I would sell.  clear pickguard, 1 3/4 nut width, OHSC, bit of bear claw on the top, it looks like it could be this ones twin

It is in near mint condition (only wear is a small amount of fretwear on first two frets 1st and 2nd strings).  It is one of the best playing of all of my guitars (probably THE best) and sounds great.    The action is a fantastic medium low - plays like silk.  When new, I picked it as best sounding of an entire shops inventory of Larrivees.  It really is a very, very nice guitar  I have decided that I am a mahogany player at heart since getting my 000-50.
