I just finished printing 3 picks out using TPU which is essentially, rubber.

I have a very floppy .75mm and middle ground 1.5mm and a chonky 2.5mm.

The .75mm makes your guitar very quiet. I mean, you could probably practice in the middle of the night, and not bother or wake anyone. It's rather remarkable.

All of them provide a near silent pick sound and a very warm tone.

Has anyone ever played with a rubber pick?

Has anyone ever even heard of rubber picks being offered for sale?

Thanks Mark for the awesome guitar picks.  I received them today.

Thank you, Mark. I love the picks. My 14yr old son just got a 3D printer and he thinks your picks are really cool! He says he'll make some for me (after the 100+ projects he wants to get too first!).

My pleasure guys! I had a lot of fun making them.

Jeff, good move getting a 3D printer for your son. Try to get him to learn 3D design. FreeCAD is a great and free program he should download. He can start in TinkerCAD which is online only and also free, but it is much more limited than FreeCAD. FreeCAD is a complex program but, learning 3D parametric design with it could provide a nice base for a possible future career.
