During a performance by the band Wolf Creek Session, at the St. Mary's
Catholic Church at First Night Annapolis, someone came in through a side
door of the church sanctuary and walked off with Keith Pitzer's guitar.
This guitar, a 1954 J-45 Gibson, has been a part of his life for over
35 years and its value is priceless and cannot be replaced. We want to
get the word out among as many folks as possible and make folks aware.

The world has become a much smaller place due to technology, etc. and
one never knows whose path they may cross that could lead to this
unscrupulous person that would do something like this.

I have attached a photo of the guitar. It's distinctive
characteristics are a very worn place on the face of the sunburst finish
just below the pick guard and it's split saddle. We have no serial
number (learn the hard way) however we feel that once you see the photo
you'll see how easily identifiable the guitar is.

The pickwear pattern and special comp bridge make this one easy to identify.

hate to see something like that. will check atomic music (used instruments) in college park on the way to my lesson this evening to see if it was "cashed in" there.
