Washburn D-10SCE. Cutaway dread, solid top, lam mahog back & sides, nice electronics with on board controls. Very playable Chinese made guitar. They go on the internet for $199 or even $189.

If you don't already have something, I have a Takamine EG330C cutaway dread that I was playing at church until I got my Larrivee. It fits your price range. I'll PM you as well.

They are both stores in Santa Clara or San Jose, CA.
Check them out! I will look out for one for you, and try it out to give an unbiased opinion.

Thanks guys. It must be a/e which I don't think the Yamaha is and showcasesswapshop doesn't have any acoustics listed on their site at this time.
The Alvarez Regent series are very nice, very playable guitars for the money. I think they may have some in your price range. There are lots of online dealers and I see them in many local shops.
the washburn listed here on the forum might fit the bill.
