Thanks, really miss the Forum VI that I had....  I think I will like this one even more... the 00-40MH I have feels and sounds great so I'm expecting the same from this one. :+1:

Very cool, congrats! I could be wrong, but if Moon wood is the same as Italian Spruce than I have owned a similar OO for over a decade and the Italian spruce gives it a really nice tone different from sitka.

Did you spring for any added bling? Gonna keep the pickguard on it? Standard bridge width or wider?

No special bling, no pickguard, standard bridge.

I really appreciate alpine spruce (moon wood)... I don't know what Italian spruce is.

I like the fret markers on the legacy 40's... I'm more into the sound than looks... but I do like the looks of American Walnut...
