Just got an email from Larrivee noting an LX model, but no info. Anyone in the know?
Just saw the e-mail as well, I'm thinking (just a guess on my part), it's some sort of *L* bodied special edition in the works.
Guess we'll have to wait & see.
LX is 60 in roman numerals. Anniversary model?
I got the email also. The silhouette looks to be some kind of Jumbo shape to me.
I'm thinking an L-10 special edition anniversary model.
Do we start a pool and winner gets one? :humour:
Maybe a new model?
Well part of the answer is now out. It will be LX as in 60 years. Didn't see what exactly the guitar will be.

Maybe an L in the 10 series?
I believe the last few anniversary guitars are always an ornate L body variation so I'd personally surprised if it was anything but that. Or, maybe they do what they did with the 30's and offer more than one type.
Are these anniversary guitars a limited number of instruments and is it something like ordering a Forum instrument?
I don't think anyone has any information yet.

I believe one must place the order with an 'authorized dealer' or 'destination dealer', which is to say, not directly from Larrivee.
