I don't see a model name listed so I'll start the guessing game at OM-01 custom (?) 14 fret with lightly flamed maple binding, rope rosette and microdot markers. These were a custom run 10 years ago?
I think the ad called it a 03.

My first acoustic was black and I've always thought they had a Johnny Cash cool-factor to them.
It's not uncommon for acoustic makers to save good tops with visual "flaws" for black finishes. Almost everyone makes a few black ones. Sure looks nice.
