Oh man is that beautiful.  Been playing for over 50 years, used many alternate tunings, but never even tried DADGAD.  Your "Fresh Start" has me reconsidering that omission.

Your recording itself is also very good, and the guitar sounds rich and full.
I think I see the microphone, what kind is it. How did you do the video?

Thank you both very much! I have been playing for about 20 years, but didn't start messing with alternate tunings until last year. I'm really having fun with it! I appreciate you listening!

As far as recording, I use a pretty basic podcast mic running into my Mac and GarageBand. No effects save a little compression. I record the video on my iPhone, then marry the two up via iMovie. I'm sure there are easier ways, but this is the one I'm able to make work. I've been really happy with the results so far.
