Title: Heritage Guitars

Anyone know whats happening with them?Th rumour I heard is they were bought by people who plain on leting most go and replacing them with computer made guitars,no more hand crafted.

I played a couple of their guitars recently while shopping for an archtop, and was impressed.

Nothing stays the same, and Heritage might well make better guitars with the help of CNC and other machines.

Martin went to using machines many years ago, and I think Larrivee uses a CNC in their factory.

Corporate decision, of course, as the bottom line is key for survival and growth.
