If I wasn't paying off my current CD, I'd be all over this.

Beautiful guitar, not my cuppa though. A bit too much bling for me.
This one will be a good litmus test for the resale value of high end Larrivees right now.
One of my all-time fav inlays.
They did a great job on the 30th anniversary edition! I usually don't like bling but I would love to own that guitar.

Hey Danny,
I wish that you had a chance to play mine when you were in town.
So do I.
If someone would like to lend me their American Address I would certainly go for it!!

Andrew if you are serious I would be glad to help out in anyway.
I bought one of these new when they first came out. I don't know if it was the strings or my ears, but I couldn't get it to sound very special. Ended up selling it on consignment with Elderly Instruments (it might be in the hands of a Forum member as we speak.)
It sure was a looker though. The grain on the Brazilian rosewood and the headstock inlay were to die for...

Andrew, was that you that took it with 5 seconds left to go?? I was sure trying to talk myself into it but just couldn't do it!
It was our very own Andrew Joyce......which is a good thing, because he certainly doesn't have enough Larrivees..... :humour:

Congratulations Andrew!!! What a steal!!
OMG I almost bid on that guitar myself! I have a 30th anniversary Taylor 514CE that I love and a Marshall 30th anniversary amp that I love, so I was practically preordained to bid on that guitar. Though it was incredibly difficult I managed to talk myself out of it. I'm so glad it went to a member here. That is truly one of the nicest Larrivees I've seen in recent years. Congratulations!!!! :nice guitar: :thumb :thumb :thumbsup
Good on Ya! congrats!
Did you get some pictures of it? It's time to nominate November GOTM. With Andrew's permission of course.

Did anyone read the sellers description? LOL
"Pr-eowner also didn't play nothing. Me too!
Mostly UNUSED, although there are few invisible scratches on the back.
But Still super clean condition: 9.5/10!"
