It doesn't seem we can post pictures in this forum...i think it would be interesting and fun to see pics of other folks guitars, gigs or whatever related things.  Any chance of allowing picture posting?

You can post pictures, but you have to host them somewhere else.  

The main issue is that pictures can take up a lot of storage.  There isn't a lot of free space right now for pictures on the server.  The solutions are 1) move to a different hosting company with more storage or 2) limit the picture size that can be uploaded.  I'm looking into both right now, and hopefully within the next week or so I'll be able to allow pictures.
