Title: Gig Bag For Forum III?
Post by: Corky on March 02, 2012, 12:34:38 AM
Any ideas on a good one? I have been looking but nothing available locally so I have to do mail order.  Would like recommendations.

Thanks!

Depends if you want good quality or cheap. GLENN CHRONKHITE makes the best bags around. They are all custom orders so it will fit. I got one of his leather bags for my Tricone. Another, less expensive but still good quality custom bag is from Blue Heron. Still custom made so it will fit but at a lower cost...

Not sure what choices are available for cheap bags that will fit the FIII.

Not sure what size the Forum III is, but the Mono M80 series are great. They make a dreadnought and a classical size. They have neck support and an interior strap to hold them in place. Very tough cases. Waterproof. Well thought out design. The shorter straps also don't make the case stick way above your head either.

The Forum III is essentially the same size a a classical.    So a gig bag for a classical guitar should fit it just fine
