Some of you may recall my question about this a couple weeks ago. I took the plunge today. Used the button left over from my Gibson after it had a K&K installed. Used the location recommended on the Breedlove site: 1.5" down from the top and .75" in from the body. Used a nail to make a starter dent then drilled a 1/16" pilot hole. Enlarged it to 1/8" (recommended hole for a #8 screw in hardwood). Put a little soap on the threads and in it went. I didn't have a felt washer so I made a washer from a fiberboard coaster. Not too elegant but you can't see it when the strap is on so what the heck. Btw, the more I play the OM-03, the more I like it.

Personally, I'd replace that washer.
Whats that crack in the middle of the neck?
:humour:
Good job.
Good for you. Creative use of the materials on hand.
:nanadanceCongrats
